SHIPMENTS
In Italy:
Shipping is 3 euros and becomes free with orders equal to or greater than 70 euros.
Order ships within 3-5 business days which will be reported via automatic email with tracking number.
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
*Shipping to islands can take up to 5-7 working days
In Europe:
Shipping is 15 euros and becomes free with orders equal to or greater than 150 euros.
Order ships within 3-5 business days which will be reported via automatic email with tracking number.
Delivery time: 5-7 working days
*Shipping to islands can take up to 7-14 working days
European islands and rest of the world:
Shipping is 30 euros and becomes free with orders equal to or greater than 200 euros.
Order ships within 3-5 business days which will be reported via automatic email with tracking number.
The customer will be contacted and/or informed for delivery times and possible changes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The return can be requested viareturn form or via WhatsApp and email.
Once the request has been received, the collection will be booked for the first following working day. The time and date can be postponed or decided together with the customer with prior notice via WhatsApp or email.
The products must be returned in a closed envelope and/or box (possibly with original packaging).
Once arrived in our center, the latter will be checked to confirm their condition which must be undamaged and unaltered. The refund takes place immediately and is reported via automatic email.
The amount will be returned and will be visible on the payment method used by the customer.
For customers who paid viamark, they will need to provide a Paypal address or bank account to which the refund can be sent.
